Yes, and you don't need a credit card to start. Every new account begins with 500 free credits so you can explore chat, analysis, workflows, and framework building at your own pace. They're a one-time gift: they don't expire on a timer, but they don't refill either. Advanced features — team management, sharing, connectors, scheduling — come with a paid plan.

Credits are how usage works. AI-powered actions — chat conversations, workflow runs, document analysis — each use a number of credits, with bigger jobs using more than smaller ones. As a rough guide, a typical workflow run uses about 100 credits, depending on how much content it processes and how complex the task is. Your team shares one balance, visible in the app at any time.

Plan credits don't roll over. On your renewal date — the anniversary of the day you subscribed, not the first of the month — your balance refreshes to its full amount: your plan's credits per user, times the number of users. Bonus credits do carry across cycles, and are used first.

New AI-powered actions wait, so your spending never gets ahead of your plan. Everything finished so far is saved: a chat reply stops where it is, a workflow pauses after the step it's on and keeps the completed steps, and your balance never goes below zero — there's nothing to owe. Buy a top-up, move to a bigger plan, or wait for your renewal date, and you're going again. Your data stays fully accessible throughout.

Yes. Admins can buy a one-time top-up — $50 for 10,000 credits — from Organization settings → Billing, without changing your subscription. Top-up credits are spent before your plan credits, and anything you don't use carries into the next cycle instead of expiring on your renewal date.

Number of users × your plan's per-user price. No usage-based charges, no overage fees, no hidden extras — credits are included with each seat, so your bill only changes when you change plans or team size. Prices exclude tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.

Upgrades are instant: the prorated difference goes to the card on file — no separate checkout — and once it clears we add the difference between the two plans' credit allowances for every active user, so your balance lands on the new plan's allowance minus whatever you've already used. Downgrades are scheduled instead: your current plan stays fully active until the end of the billing period you've paid for, and you can cancel the change any time before it takes effect. Plan changes are an admin action; monthly and annual are separate subscriptions, so moving between them means finishing your current period first.

No. JobKred does no model training of its own, and our AI provider's commercial terms prohibit using API data to train their models. Your content is used only to answer your requests.

JobKred runs in Singapore on AWS — application, databases, and file storage. AI requests are processed by our AI provider in the United States, and payments are handled by Stripe.

Only people in your organization, according to their roles and what's been shared with them. Sharing never crosses organizations, and when Ellie searches documents for an answer it can only reach content you already have access to.

Yes — you can delete files, chats, and workflows in the app, and deleted items stop being available to your team and to Ellie. For contractual data-destruction commitments (for example at offboarding), talk to your JobKred contact.
